Skype for 3 for Nokia N97 and 5800 XpressMusic
Recently there has been a release of Skype for 3 mobiles now supporting Nokia N97 and Nokia 5800 Xpress music mobile phones. This release of Skype for Symbian S60 5th edition mobile phones is limited only to the 3 network users and will not work on other networks. While we were able to install it on our Nokia N97 we were unable to sign in simply for the fact that we were not 3 subscribers but if you are, go download it and try it. It looks promising.

This Skype version is only for the subscribers of the 3 network, it will not work on any other networks or phones

I am also from Malaysia. When I first been introduced by the saleman of N97, I was impressed. I am looking for quite similar features as Iphone. I knew Iphone has high end technology in term of features. Yet, I found N97 more relevant for me. However, since Nokia is running on Symbian, I was told it may lacks some ability to access to certain applications. This is also happened to using Skype. Then, if Skype and N97 has collaborate, why N97 bought in Malaysia is not coming with built-in SKYPE?
